• If you need to refill your prescription for medication please contact your pharmacy and have them contact us. This will expedite getting your refill processed. Please note: prescriptions will not be refilled after 4:00 pm on Friday and over the weekend or holiday.
• If you need to speak with Dr. Millard’s injection scheduler please dial 650-995-1225.
• To fax information to Dr. Keane or his staff, please fax to 650-995-1282.
